Make your own tasty rolls/baps! (1 x 1000g)
Ingredients: Stabilizer (modified corn starch,maize starch, potato starch, tapioca starch), Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Psyllium Husk,Thickener (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Salt, Sugar,Preservative (sodium propionate)
What you will need before starting: Yeast,Water & Vegetable Oil.
Method (also included on pack)
1).Add premix & fresh chilled yeast to the bowl and crumb together.
2).Slowly add the water & mix together either with a fork or small food mixer.
3).Blend or knead together until a smooth, homogenous consistency is achieved.
4).Slowly Drizzle in oil, mixing until it is no-longer visible (1-2 mins).
5).Divide into 90g pieces.
6).Cover with a tea-towel & place in a warm area.
7).Prooving/fermentation will take 40-50mins
8).Bake the bread at 180oC/ gas mark 4 for 25 mins until golden with a strong colour.
