We bake and dispatch items Monday-Wednesday so that the products are soft and delicious on arrival, we do not keep a stock of items and everything produced is sent out on the day it has been baked.

Due to ever increasing volumes of products being processed daily we require orders by 5pm the previous day to be considered for next day delivery. Next day delivery is not always possible as our product output fluctuates daily.

Usual Next Day Delivery Schedule
(At busy times it is unlikely that we will be able to adhere to these guidelines)
-Orders made on Sunday (after 11am) & Monday before 5pm will be dispatched Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.

-Orders made on Monday after 5pm and Tuesday before 5pm will be dispatched Wednesday and arrive Thursday.
​
Orders placed on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Saturday and Sunday (by 11am)(dependent on volume of orders) will be baked and dispatched on the following Monday to ensure they are as fresh as possible.

Delivery
Our couriers (DPD) deliver throughout mainland UK at a price of £6.90 for up to 20kg,the maximum weight for one parcel is 20kg and anything above this will be classed as a second parcel.
The couriers deliver Tuesday-Thursday.
Delivery charge of £6.90 is the standard charge we pay to the couriers, we do not gain anything from this.

Upon day of delivery you will receive an email from DPD giving you a 1 hour time slot for delivery so please check your email account!.
Please note this delivery service is only available within mainland UK. For any orders required outwith this area please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

IF YOU MISS YOUR DELIVERY DATE, WE WILL RESEND THE SAME PARCEL FOR NEXT AVAILABLE DELIVERY (At our cost). ANY REDELIVERY PAST THIS SECOND ATTEMPT WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMERS COST, THIS INCLUDES FOOD AND DELIVERY CHARGE.

Refund Policy
We always strive to offer the best products for our customers at all times but should you be unsatisfied then please contact us directly to discuss a refund or replacement.
If you feel you have a problem concerning condition and/or appearance of your products then please email us with an attached picture of your order and we will solve this.
Please be aware that we require photographed evidence if there is a problem with the product.

If you have concerns with regards to a missing product this must be done within 3 days, we cannot refund a "missing" item after this point.

Refunds will only be done to the point of shelf life +frozen shelf life, ie. a bread has a shelf life of 5 days, a freezer life of 3 months and use by of 5 days ; So after this time period we will no longer refund an item.
