A premix to make perfect pancakes!  (1 x 1000g)

Ingredients: Caster Sugar, Rice Flour,Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Raising Agent (Potassium & sodium di-phosphates, sodium carbonates, maize starch), ALBUMEN (EGG), MILK  powder (DAIRY), Thickener (Hydroxypropyl methyl Cellulose), Salt.

What you will need before starting: Eggs,Water & Vegetable Oil.

Method (also included on pack)

1).Add seived premix & water,gradually blending with a hand mixer for 1 min, on slow speed,  until lump free, then 2 mins on fast speed until smooth & creamy. 2).Slowly add the eggs & oil, then beat until the batter mix begins to thicken.  3).Warm a griddle and oil. 4).Cook for 4 mins on 1 side, then turn and cook for a further 3 mins on the other side
