You can use this flour to bake delicious cake and or muffins! (1 x 1000g)
Ingredients: Rice Flour,Potato Starch,Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Raising Agent (Potassium & Sodium di-phosphates, Sodium Carbonates,Maize Starch),Citrus Fibre,Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose,Sugar,Salt.
What you will need before starting: Eggs,Butter, Water & Vegetable Oil.
Method (also included on pack)
1).Add premix, butter, eggs and half the water & mix thoroughly, until a creamy consistency is achieved.
2).Slowly add the remaining water & beat until the cake mix begins to thicken.
3).Slowly drizzle in the oil and blend together.
4).At this point you can add any fruits,chocolates etc.
5).Bake at 180oC, gas mark 4 for 25 mins for an 80g muffin shape, or, 40 mins at the same temperature for a 10" cake.
Shelf life & Storage Instructions
This product has a shelf life of 1 year.
Store in a cool, dry place.
