This is the same mix we use to produce our tasty breads!   (1 x 1000g)

 

Ingredients:Rice Flour,Tapioca Starch,Maize Starch,Emulsifier (Cellulose Fibre),Psyllium Husk,Potato Starch

ALBUMEN (EGG),Thickener(Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose),Rice Protein,Salt,Thickener(Carboxymethyl Cellulose),Rice Starch,Preservative(Sodium Propionate),

 

What you will need before starting: Yeast,Water & Vegetable Oil.

 

Method (also included on pack)

1).Add premix & fresh chilled yeast to the bowl and crumb together.
2).Slowly add the water & mix together either with a fork or small food mixer.
3).Blend or knead together until a smooth, homogenous consistency is achieved.
4).Slowly Drizzle in oil, mixing until it is no-longer visible (1-2 mins).
5).Divide into 500g pieces for a standard bread loaf & 200g balls for an 8-9" pizza.
6).Cover the bread with a tea-towel & place in a warm area.
7).Prooving/fermentation will take 50-60mins for the bread and 25-30mins for the pizza.
8).Bake the bread at 200oC gas mark 6 or 7 for 50-55mins until golden with a strong crust colour, pizza should be baked for 12-15mins, including toppings.

 

**Please decant bread from tin upon baking as it will sweat and the crust will become soggy & moist**
